Integrator hires CCIE Network Engineer and Project Managers to integrate global service and project office service teams
Nap IT believes that one of the secrets to achieve excellence in service is its staff continuous improvement. And with that goal in mind, the company announces the new professionals hiring in the Project Office (PMO) and Global Advanced Services (GAS)areas.
Focus Process Management
At the Project Office, the reinforcement comes with the Ana Moreira’s arrival, Project Manager with more than 15-year experience, who will work with the mission to help in structuring the PMO processes and applying these actions to other company teams. “My initial goal is to support the area formation and to help Nap IT being even more efficient in the customer response return and in the projects follow-up”, she emphasizes.
Responsible for the department, Luciele Ceconello says Ana’s hiring is part of the Project Office development activities, an area that will support customer service, following the company’s rapid growth and the consequent increase in the projects managed volume by the internal team.
“Ana’s experience will surely help us to drive even more NAP IT growth. She combines a focus on deliverables profile with the management knowledge that is critical to working in the field. I see that Ana’s biggest challenge, initially, is to create and implement standards and processes, but always with the goal of making the company even more agile and efficient“, says Luciele.
New specialists for the GAS Team
The GAS unit is also strengthened. There are three new employees, who take on roles in different customer service stages. Among the innovations, the area now has the Project Manager, Helena Hoffman who is a specialist in Business Intelligence.
