With the objective of meeting the clients technical demands in conducting their business, the company seeks professionals with solid experience in technology

In order to keep the focus on growth, Nap IT establishes the technology team strengthening as one of its priorities for 2016. With this, it invests in three new professionals with high capacity and specialization in the market. They are: Samira Rodrigues Volta, Cleber Moraes and Rafael Faraone Rando.

Collaborators add their expertise to the company’s IT staff in a practical way when facing challenging work environments. “We are confident in these professionals technical capacity, who will certainly bring a positive experience for everyone, especially our customers”, says Nap IT CEO Rodrigo Alabarce.

Samira Rodrigues assumes the Incident Manager role, acting with the network incidents management and IT infrastructure, in order to reduce the delivery time of the solution in claims case. She has a degree in System Development Analysis from Amparense University Center (Unifia/SP) and has more than five years of technology experience, mainly in telepresence, LAN and Wi-Fi projects.

“Nap IT is a committed company to its employees team and to providing the support they need to achieve their results-focused goals. So I think I’m starting a long and solid partnership with the company”, says Samira.

Cleber Moraes is the new Nap IT network consultant and responsible for estimating the cloud computing projects impact. He holds a degree in Information Technology from Feevale University (RS) and currently holds an MBA with a Business Administration and Management specialization from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. With ten-year-experience in IT, the professional has knowledge and experience in project management, network infrastructure, support and service desk, among others.

“I want to have a positive experience at Nap IT and take advantage of the opportunities to develop my work in the face of new challenges, and become a reference in the network projects management and technologies based on cloud, collaboration and IT services”, says Moraes.

Rafael Faraone Rando arrives as Brazil Telecommunications coordinator. He holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from INATEL, an MBA in Project Management from FIAP and PMP Certification. He has more than 13 years of experience in Telecom, projects execution, research and development, electronics and software development.

In his background knowledge, he accumulates experience brought by companies such as FiberWork, Petrobras, MATCH IT (FIFA), PETCOM and Inmetro. He still has several technical papers published internationally in the optical communications area and a registered patent in this area.
