Among the new features is the presentation of Alexandre Engelmann, the new programmer for the Global Advanced Services area. In addition to it, Débora Medeiros, who is a commercial manager, and Tiago Moreira, a trainee in the department, are also part of the company’s professional group, as part of the Nap IT Commercial.
More aggressive goals
One of Nap IT’s goals is to increase its business coverage and expand its position as a complete IT Consulting. It is at this point that Débora Medeiros and Tiago Moreira arrive at the company, strengthening the relationship with customers. “Our goal is to increase sales, but we also want to offer closer customer service, sharing best practices and ideas,” says Sandra Woodward, the company’s commercial manager, who will be directly responsible for new professionals.
According to the executive, Deborah will have as a mission to deepen the relationship with the current clients and also to help develop projects. “In addition to bringing their experience in large companies and the entrepreneurs dynamism”, adds Sandra.
Tiago focuses on creating more agile processes – re-evaluating current procedures, policies and systems – to support the commercial team expansion in the field. “Our goal is that he helps us to develop a scalable and effective business platform through innovative initiatives and little bureaucracy”, says the manager.
Expand staff to expand Nap IT services
As the Sales team, the technical experts group was also strengthened. In order to expand its service base and further specialize the services offered, the GAS area
now has Alexandre Engelmann, programmer specialized in EDACAD solutions, oriented to the environments and technologies with microcontrollers development
According to Luis Lhullier, the GAS unit manager, the expectation is that the new hired can suggest and automated implement and innovative solutions in computer networks. “Alexandre’s hiring represents an important step forward for Nap IT in a business line that we will explore with great emphasis in the coming months, which is network automation“, he says, noting that the idea is to keep pace with innovation and make available to customers some news, soon.
The programmer, in turn, says the goal is to design computer networks projects to make it easier to monitor and optimize the network data flow. “I want to understand the customers’ needs and Nap IT’s strategy and support the new IT projects development“, he says.
