Professionals have more than ten years of experience in technology and a wealth of knowledge to act in major IT projects.
With the acting goal with a structured growth, with all support to its clients, Nap IT brings two more employees to its IT team. They will serve key customers, providing technical excellence and high capacity to develop large projects.
One of them is Tatiana Oliveira, who assumes the Unified Communication Manager role, and is responsible for planning and managing projects such as VoIP network, as well as providing strategic guidance for the delivery of all centralized collaborative technology efforts, including telecommunications, messaging, web and audio conferencing, video and mobility.
The professional also has the mission to implement processes and management methods to maintain operational excellence and better services and costs to clients, as well as work collaboratively across the company and with external partners to define and deliver efficient solutions.
While Wesllen Rodrigues takes over as Transition Manager, being responsible for managing the transition plan that includes the organization, process, people and technical deployment activities. It means working closely with the main functions: managing changes in the different Zones throughout the transition lifecycle from the beginning of a project’s operations.
Rodrigues will still establish the Operational Level Agreement (OLA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) and conduct the transition from planning to project execution, which includes knowledge transfer, integration, and granting access rights to systems and the delivery of services.

Together, Wesllen and Tatiana have more than ten years of experience in the IT and Telecom market, having worked in large companies such as Orange, Promon Logicallis and IBM, among others. They arrive at Nap IT bringing a wealth of knowledge and willing to add experiences to the Nap IT team.
