Nap IT increases staff for the GAS area

New professionals arrive with the adding value mission to the team that serves global clients

At the beginning of the year, Nap IT brings new innovators to the Global Advanced Service area hiring two new collaborators: Rafael Mayca, Field Operations Specialist; and Renan Lopes, Microsoft Messaging Specialist.

Graduated in Information Security, and having ITIL as a differential certification, Mayca will be responsible for the IT infrastructure supporting for one of Nap IT’s customers’ Americas region, the world leader in packaging production. His aim is to make this company new stage of a quality and organization example. The collaborator has solid experience in the area, having passed through companies such as Souza Cruz, as IT Governance Analyst; and Stefanini, as Senior Support Analyst.

“Working with the Nap IT team is a great challenge. I will have access to indicators for metrics elaboration and with this information, it will be possible to make a proactive service, anticipating the client needs and adding value to our services”, says Rafael Mayca.

Renan Lopes will work to support a world-leading beer producer Microsoft Exchange environment. His main goal is to stabilize the environment completely, making it a worldwide Microsoft Exchange case. One of this professional differentials is the several certifications in the Microsoft solution achievement. Lopes has also served as a Specialist in Microsoft Messaging and Collaboration at IBM, and as a Network Manager at Eldorado Research Institute.

“This will be an opportunity to apply the know-how I have to manage and support various Microsoft technologies. Nap IT is providing a complete, up-to-date service, and is concerned with licensing forecasts and infrastructure updates. We will provide a service and being recognized by the customer, the expertise in solutions and the deep knowledge in IT environments”.

The GAS Area Differentials

Luis Lhullier, the GAS area manager, points out that one of the Nap IT objectives is to serve its customers punctually, contributing to their growth. “Our specialists have exactly this function, a differentiated approach in which the engineering team is available to its customers and other co-workers, even while on-site, offering complete help to critical technology problems.
