The Regional Award – South Award was given to Sandra Woodward, Nap IT commercial director, which highlights among her certifications the Cisco Business Architecture Analyst
During the Cisco Connect, event dedicated to partners and held on September 19, in São Paulo, Nap IT was recognized by Cisco com Regional Award – South Award, in the category Sales Volume.
In addition to awards, the event promoted lectures on technology market trends such as Internet of Things, Digital Transformation, Security, among others.
According to Nap IT commercial director Sandra Woodward, this is the recognition for the work she has done over the past year. “It was an investment in commercial and technical structuring, with certifications to achieve the high qualification of its professionals. The result was the increase of the technical team’s experience and the service capillarity, as well as delivering better quality and customer satisfaction”, she describes.
Sandra also says the award has a positive impact on partnering with Cisco. “It validates our commitment to the manufacturer and our experience in this products and services portfolio. With it, we have more strength to position new Cisco technologies in the projects developed for Nap IT customers”, she points out.
Aligned strategies and talent retention
Within strategies to stay in line with Cisco‘s plans for new solutions, there is Nap IT’s concern to retain talent. “We seek market talents to compose a winning team, focused on offering and implementing the best solution for customers. We also invest in upgrading the training of professionals, so much so that the commercial area is 100% certified in Cisco solutions, as well as our network engineers”, emphasizes the director.
The company’s goal in investing in the Cisco partnership is to increase the teams productivity with more agile processes, expand the number of companies served and ensure quality in every customer process, from consulting to after-sales.
