Integrator won the Highest Contract in Q4 Renovation, with license renewal project and SMARTnet support for AB-Inbev
Nap IT was the big Cisco Services campaign winner, promoted by Comstor Brasil, which highlighted the core business involving Cisco solutions and the country’s distributor during the fourth quarter of 2016fiscal year. Nap IT won in the Greater Contract Renewed in Q4 category, with a project to renew the SMARTnet platform support and warranty licenses for Telepresence systems, together with AB-Inbev.
According to Rodrigo Alabarce, Nap IT CEO, the award is a company’s work recognition. “We are always looking for options to increase our customers’ satisfaction and service and the Cisco platform is very important for our offer”, says the executive. In all, the new contract represented the extension for 3 years of the licenses and guarantees for 196 sets of AB-Inbev Telepresence systems solution – making a total of 4,736 devices.
In the project, Nap IT renewed the support to AB-Inbev offer, with part of the available service in 8×5; and another part in 24×7, in this case to meet the main telepresence systems screens, considering the problem resolution within 4 hours after the call opening. “It is an important differential, even more for large companies, with faster and more efficient service, prepared to solve possible failures with the least possible wear”, says Alabarce.
In addition, SMARTnet also aims to ensure greater customer availability, reliability and network stability by reducing the downtime or failure cost through the Cisco specialists help.
